My wife writes about our three children on her blog, and I have a classroom website, so this blog is more about my need to focus on writing for fun. Plus, I really need to exercise my creativity in some way other than all the lies I tell my family and students.

How My Blog Works
1. I start by choosing a well-known phrase that I like.
2. I then remove one word of that phrase and replace it with whatever "form of "Google" that fits.
3. Next, I perform a Google Image Search of the word I took from the phrase and go through the hits until I find an interesting picture.
4. My rule is that the pic can't be artwork, screenshots, publicity photos, etc., because I don't want to know a story about it beforehand.
5. Then, I think about the picture I picked and let my mind do its thing until the muse inspires me and a little story is born.
